Return/Exchange Policy offers returns and exchange program. Returns and exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would simply like to exchange an order or return it for a refund or place a new order on our website, please see our return policy below.

1. All returns and exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) that from our Customer Service Department. Any orders returned and exchange without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Return and exchange program must be returned to with 7 days after receiving an RMA number. Return and exchange program will be processing since we received your package.

3. Merchandise must be returned in a new re-sellable condition with the original packaging. Used Parts will not be accepted for return.

4. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. We accept return and admit the shipping fee ONLY in these conditions: shipping damage, shipping lost.

5. Exchange program, such as customers make mistakes in placing orders of the merchandise, or customers don't like it, customers must afford shipping fee (both original shipping fee & return shipping fee) for the exchange program.

6. Freight collect and COD packages will be refused.

7. Clearance and sale items will not be eligible for return.

8. All returns and exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except shipping damage, shipping lost.

9. All the order cancel or return ask for refund due to customer change mind or ordered wrong parts, office will deducted 8% of amont for the handling and service fee.

NOTE:Customer must bring forward proof on shipping damage. For examples, take pictures of the damages, outside packages of products and shipping labels.
